This helps us bring products to production even within the tightest of timescales, making sure we deliver on time and to our clients’ expectations.
We offer complex shaping - giving you the confidence your packaging will ensure your product stands out.
If the packaging design changes overtime, we will look to utilise as much of the existing tooling as we can to ensure it is as cost efficient as possible for you.
The Tooling Process
Once the customer has had a chance to see & feel the prototype & they have signed off on the design, we will then begin the creation of the tooling.
The CNC programme used to machine the prototype mould is then used to create the tooling. This guarantees the customer receives a product identical to the prototype.
We are committed to reducing our waste
All our skeletal waste is sent back to the manufacturer to be recycled & reused ensuring our waste plastic is kept to a minimum.
