During the concept & design process, our team will work around your brief and think about the key factors of your packaging's requirements.
With over 25 years of industry experience, we will offer unrivalled advice to ensure any faults are flagged early to ensure there are no costly mistakes.
Our skilled CAD engineers will use the latest 3D CAD software to design your packaging with a fast turnaround. The CAD software allows us to generate 2D techincal drawings, 3D models & even photo realistic rendered images for presentation purposes to give you great visuals to review before prototyping.
After The Design Process
Once you have had chance to review the CAD drawings, we engage with you to finalise the design.
With our in-house pattern making department, we are able to clearly communicate & rapidly turn around the design into high quality samples. These are great for presentations, checking the product fits inside correctly & can even be used for small production runs. We can then go back to the design process, as necessary, until we have achieved the required results.
Once you are happy with the sample product design, we work together with our preferred local tooling companies. This gives us the ability to offer our clients competitive pricing, quick turnaround & close communication. Once tooling has been developed, we are then able to start production.
We are committed to reducing our waste
All our skeletal waste is sent back to the manufacturer to be recycled & reused ensuring our waste plastic is kept to a minimum.
